Parkside Appraisal Services provides residential appraisal services for single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes.  We serve suburban Bay Area communities in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties between San Jose and South San Francisco, and Marin County from Novato to San Rafael.

Appraisal services include estate and trust valuations, IRS-qualified, retrospective, date of death, private sale, and maritial dissolution valuations, plus consultation. 

Our appraisal team is let by a California State Certified Residential Appraiser with decades of experience.  We offer friendly customer service and quality products at competetive rates.
