Parkside Appraisal Services provides independent residential appraisal services for 1-4 unit properties throughout select Bay Area communities.
Assignments are performed for private, non-lending purposes including estate settlement, date-of-death valuations, divorce, and other situations requiring a clear, well-supported opinion of value.
All appraisal analyses and final reports are completed by a Certified Residential Appraiser.

Please note: We do not provide services for commercial properties (including parcels with five or more dwelling units), mobile/manufactured homes, or personal property such as furniture or antiques.
