Our fees are competetive and based upon the difficulty, size, and location of a particular property. "COD" Base pricing is as follows:

These fees encompass the appraisal industrys' revised appraisal forms (adopted November 1st, 2005), and indicate our standard base pricing for "COD" payment within our primary coverage territory. Additional fees may be required for non-COD assignment, and/or depending on the location, and /or size of the appraised property. Rural properties will require additional fees.
